The Omaha Scramble Tour Voucher Giveaway

  1. Promoter

    • The promoter of this giveaway is The 19TH Global Golf Experiences, Omaha New Zealand (“Promoter”).

  2. Eligibility

    • Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.

    • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

  3. How to Enter

    • Entry is free and no purchase is required.

    • To enter, participants must sign up to our mailing list during the promotional period.

    • Only one entry per person per day is permitted unless otherwise stated.

  4. Promotional Period

    • Entries open on Saturday 4th October 7.30am and close at 6.00pm Sunday 5th October,2025.

    • Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

  5. Prize

    • The prize is a $500 or $250 or $125 NZD Voucher Credited towards the cost of a 2026 tour.

    • The $500 or $250 or $125 will be credited from the final invoice of the tour.

    • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

    • Only one $500 or $250 or $125 voucher per person can be used per 2026 tour.

    • Book early as spots sell out, vouchers can only be used where spots are available per tour.  

  6. Winner Selection & Notification

    • The prize will be won if the spin wheel indicator stops on the $500 or $250 or $125 Tour Voucher Label segment. Only one spin per person per day.

    • The winner will be provided with a numbered voucher at the time of his/her win.

    • The winner will provide name and phone number at the time of receiving the voucher.

    • When booking a tour please make the company aware that you have a voucher and will be using it against a particular tour.  

  7. Publicity

    • By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may use their name, image and entry for reasonable promotional purposes, including social media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  8. General Conditions

    • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

    • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

    • The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the giveaway is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  9. Liability

    • Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance of the prize.

  10. Privacy

    Personal information provided by entrants will be used by the Promoter solely for the purposes of conducting this promotion and will be collected, used, and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

    Entrants have the right to access and request correction of their personal information.
