1. Introduction
The 19th Global Golf Experiences Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") is a New Zealand-based travel company offering premium, land-only golf tour packages in various destinations around the world. By booking a tour with us, you ("the client", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
2. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 per person is required to secure your place on a tour.
Full payment is due 90 days prior to tour commencement.
Bookings made within 90 days of departure must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Credit Card payments will include a 2.7% surcharge.
3. Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are land-only and exclude international flights unless explicitly included.
Pricing is based on a minimum number of participants; we reserve the right to cancel or re-price the tour if minimum numbers are not met.
Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, taxes, or supplier cost changes.
4. Inclusions & Exclusions
Inclusions:
Accommodation as outlined in your itinerary
Daily breakfast and select meals (as specified)
Green fees and tee times at specified golf courses
Ground transport, including airport transfers where stated
Welcome drinks and farewell dinner events
Non-golfing activities/tours listed in the package
Exclusions:
International or domestic airfares
Travel insurance (mandatory – see Clause 5)
Visas, passports, and related entry requirements
Personal expenses and optional activities
Caddy tips, golf club hire, cart damage (unless otherwise specified)
Meals and drinks not listed in the itinerary
Tips and gratuities
5. Travel Insurance (Mandatory)
All participants are required to hold comprehensive travel insurance, including:
Medical coverage
Trip cancellation and interruption
Personal liability
Lost/stolen baggage and equipment
We may request proof of insurance before departure.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
By Client:
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellation fees:
More than 90 days before departure: Loss of deposit
61–90 days before departure: 50% of tour cost
31–60 days before departure: 75% of tour cost
Within 30 days: 100% of tour cost (no refund)
By The 19th Global Golf Experiences:
We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to low numbers, force majeure, or safety concerns.
In such cases, a full refund (minus unrecoverable third-party costs) will be provided.
We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential losses (e.g. flights, visas).
7. Changes by the Company
We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather, golf course maintenance, supplier availability, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide similar alternatives. No refunds will be given for changes that do not materially affect the tour.
8. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring your passport, visas, and documentation are valid.
You agree to behave in a respectful and lawful manner while on tour.
You must disclose any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect participation.
You accept that golf is a physically demanding activity and participate at your own risk.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the tour booked.
We act as agent for third-party suppliers (hotels, golf courses, transport operators) and are not liable for their actions, omissions, or service failures.
We are not liable for injury, death, delay, loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by factors beyond our control including but not limited to force majeure, civil unrest, pandemics, or government actions.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to acts beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, wars, civil disturbances, health crises, or transport disruptions.
11. Complaints
All complaints must be raised with your tour host or our office as soon as possible to allow a prompt resolution. If not resolved during the trip, complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the tour’s conclusion.
12. Privacy
Your personal information will be collected and handled in accordance with New Zealand privacy laws. We may use your contact information for marketing future tours unless you opt out.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
14. Acceptance
By submitting your booking and deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
